Freddie Mac is undertaking a new initiative designed to align the procedure for desperate homeowners, particularly to a more client service focus. Freddie Mac’s Vice President of Single-Family Servicer Performance Management, yvette Gilmore, explains the initiative at the Organization’s Executive Perspectives website. Gilmore claims that if a natural catastrophe strikes its customers are advised to”call your servicer” to get help with payment arrangements. But, it does have a catastrophe for homeowners to require assistance. Everyday situations such as loss of occupation, an illness or of a loved one can throw them into financial difficulties as well. This is a really stressful time.
