Freddie Mac is undertaking a new initiative designed to align with the procedure that is servicing into a client service attention for homeowners. Freddie Mac’s Vice President of Single-Family Servicer Performance Management, yvette Gilmore, explains the initiative, Reimagining Servicing, in the Executive Perspectives website of the company. Gilmore claims that if a natural catastrophe strikes its clients are told to”call your servicer” for assistance with payment arrangements. It does have a disaster for homeowners with paying their mortgage, to need assistance. Everyday situations such as loss of job an illness or of a loved one can throw them to financial difficulties.
