Personally I think it’s too early for hyperbolic headlines such as BoingBoing’s proclamation that “the housing marketplace in America’s most expensive cities would be imploding,” however an increasing number of signs appear to be pointing to some severe heating system, that is certainly a good thing, in my estimation.
